e-eros.gr follows this security protocol, through which it opens a window that connects to the banking entity and requests your information. The card details and password are protected by this security system and are not sent to our company under any circumstances. Once the bank identification process is complete, the entity confirms to e-eros.gr that the purchase is made by the cardholder in order to complete the process. In case the recognition is not satisfactory, the entity then informs e-eros.gr and the process is cancelled, without incurring a charge on your card. All payments made using a card are processed through Alpha Bank's "Alpha e-Commerce" electronic payment platform and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

Payment by deposit to a Bank Account
If you choose this payment option, you will receive an email once you have completed your order with our bank details. If this is not the case, please check (spam) or call our customer service line. Once your order is completed, depending on the bank, the order is extended until the amount is credited to our account. Any costs for the transfer are carried out by your bank. Important: in order to be able to file the payment immediately, it is necessary to use the ORDER NUMBER we provide in the confirmation email as a reference or concept of transfer.
