Return Policy

You have the right to return the product you received within fourteen (14) calendar days.
A condition for the return of the product is that it is in its original condition, with its original packaging intact, that no damage has occurred to it. Please confirm that the returned products are in new and unworn condition and bear all the labels of the respective company. In the event that a product with visible signs of use is given for exchange/return, e-eros.gr will unfortunately not be able to process the request and the products will be sent back to the customer.
You must include the retail receipt in the return package.
In case of exchange/return of products purchased on invoice, the items to be returned must be accompanied by a Bill of Lading with the details on which the original invoice was issued, so that we can proceed to process your request.
In case of exchange/return, you can replace the products to be exchanged with other products.
Underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Changes are always made based on current prices.
It is clarified that in order to proceed with the refund you will be charged €6.00 for shipping and return costs as well as any bank charges if you choose to deposit in a different bank other than Alpha Bank which will be deducted from the initial amount of the purchase (Applies to returns within Greece)
If you choose to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a refund, your money will be refunded to you within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the refund to an account you provide.
You can return your change and receive the new product you want for a single fee of €6.00 by sending the package with a Recipient Fee with ACS Courier. Alternatively, you can choose the courier company of your choice, at your own charge (Sender's Charge).
